Nearly there !

It's been a beautiful day just perfect for sitting outside and putting the finishing touches to the bunting. It's turned out quite well with a brief of 'colourful and a touch of tartan' . The Brownies made a good job and each flag is unique.

I've been following the baton round Orkney on the internet. It's great to see all the familiar places again, lots of smiling faces in fantastic sunshine :) Watch out for Dingwall tomorrow, about 6.30pm and you might see the bunting in action :)

We're about to have a BBQ on a disposable one from Poundland, such good value, but I think we've smoked out the neighbourhood !
