Bears, hot springs and whales

Some days you want to kick yourself, put a new battery in camera and it was dead.

Fortunately I still had my phone.

We took a boat trip bear and whale watching. Sadly no bears (although I saw my first wild one outside Ucluelet yesterday), but we did get 5 grey whales, which was amazing.

Between bears and whales we hiked into an island for a couple of km to find hot springs. Totally undeveloped, they were amazing, and you could sit in them and look at this view!
