Cos the Iris's and grasses have all gone!!

Apologies to Louis Armstrong, but we were very excited to see our little Wally Wallaby having a drink from the Iris Water Bowl this morning. A pity about the Iris's but I have put a Wallaby and Wombat proof barrier around the Veggie Patch and it seems to be working well.

I commented yesterday how wonderful it is to see the Lorikeets drinking out of the Billabong and even in the middle of winter it is obviously important that our wildlife have a reliable water source.
