Hot legs???

These legs belong to a once half reasonable long distance fell runner.

Due to a few years of neglect they are now restricted to a couple of miles through the fields and lanes of Inskip which are flatter than the average witch's chest.

But they're making a comeback and shortly will be attempting the ascent of a canal bridge or two during the training run.
