Sunset cycle

Tired in crèche.

Not a very good afternoon so far (only got to 3.30pm). I'm not sure I can really put my finger on the issue. Some things though -
- worrying I might be well
- being on my own
- boredom
- being too scared to do certain things
- not eating well
- the heat
- too many things in my head I could do
- feeling bad about photo
- remembering feeling let down by my mum when she was ill and I needed her.

Nice things
- Tess and Lizzie thought it would be nice to see me
- I have seen Caroline every day for the last five days and she wanted me to drop by tomorrow too for fun
- Lydia told me again that we are friends
- my dreams have been so nice lately

...I was fairly miserable seeing Tess and Lizzie as I got myself into an OCD stew.

As I cycled back home, I had the crazy idea of cycling to Longstanton. I went for it. I got covered by insects but it gave me something else to think about.
