In orbit

Last Wednesday I blipped how the mural was developing on the Graham Hills Building in George Street. Today here is the finished mural, with the satellite painted at the 8th floor, high above the telescope's dome. The space between is the starry firmament, not easy to see here, but I've added a close-up of the satellite image to make it clearer. I think this is a brilliant idea and reflects the role Strathclyde University plays (and has played) at the cutting edge of science and technology.
