Nottingham

Got up at 8am to have a 3.5 hour car journey to get to Nottingham. Halfway along the journey, Sam phoned us. Which was lovely! It was SO nice to hear his voice again! :) Love you guys! <3

We finally arrived at around 1 pm at the uni where I walked into the entrance and realised just how many people there were and how I knew none of them! I was very nervous at this point. There was about 90/100 people all together! So I went back to the car to get my suitcase and in the process helped one girl to the entrance. Where we promptly met another girl and started chatting. I found out that both were christians and one came from Reading! Praise the Lord (PTL)! :)

We had our first lecture at around 2pm, the first two were quite boring but the next two were very interesting! we had dinner, which by this time I was very hungry. It was a roast dinner! Yummy! :) We then collected our keys and suitcases, and thankfully I was in a room next to my two friends! :)

The two lectures afterwards (both by the same person) were very good and funny! The first lecture was about auscultation (big word! meaning listening to the heart using a stethoscope) and the second was about applying for Uni. the lecturer was sooo funny! Although around half an hour until the end, the fire alarm went off! So we all just went back to halls to go to bed, it was around 11:30pm. So I was glad to go to bed! :) And staying at halls wasn't half as scary was I thought it would be! :)
