Fork Off!

First entry in week 2 of DDW's props challenge; a week's worth of pictures featuring a fork. This is one of a set of 6 forks that is clearly now only a set of 5.

Watched the world cup semi final between Germany & Brazil last night. I wanted Germany to win as I am rooting for Europe against South America since as an Englishman, that's the closest thing to a home nation that I have to support. I found it awfully painful to watch though. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the players and even more so for the fans, some of whom had probably spent far more than they should have to attend that game and for what?

Out with friends on Saturday. Picnic and generally just playing around in the park before a meal at a Turkish restaurant in the evening. Checked the weather forecast today and it is fine either side of the weekend. At the weekend, it will be warm, muggy, showery and there is a chance of thunder. The gods are not smiling down on me. I wonder what I have done to upset them.
