Heart ... Broken

Brazil is reeling tonight after our ignominious defeat, stunned and humiliated. I feel so sorry for the players, Brazilians are not kind to losers. Poor David Luiz, though his tears, was saying that all he wanted was to make his people happy, to bring some joy into their lives, which are pretty hard in many cases. His sincerity was manifest, and his sorrow that instead, the team’s performance had left them sad and bewildered.

Ah well, tomorrow is another day – who will it be the blue and white or the orange, Southern Hemisphere or Northern?
