A wet afternoon

Today saw some bad flooding across Phnom Penh, with houses and roads flooded across the city. I spent the afternoon at my friends house watching my moto go under water, while the house below flooded. My journey home consisted of wading through flooded streets, including those alongside the overflowing open sewer.
