Raindrops on roses and whiskars on kittens

Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, all of these things are avaliable in West Burton from where this pottery cat was purchased some years ago, and throu where the Tour de France passed today. After West Burton (also home to some really good butchers BTW), the route headed onto Asgarth Falls, famous for being the spot where Kevin Costner met Christian Slater in the Robin Hood film. At the falls theres a lovely little coffee shop that has shelves filled with the pottery cats from their neighbouring village. Asgarth is quite beautiful, and high on the list of places I need to visit again.
