THE ONE AND ONLY!!!

We took the dogs out for their walk this morning. The sun was shining but it was quite windy. I tried to take a photo of poppies growing amongst the borage but the flowers were being blown about, so I couldn't get a clear image.I didn't take any more pictures today, so I'm afraid this is it!!!

We drove to St. Albans to look after our grandchildren, T and C. A and L were going to London for the day and having afternoon tea at Claridges (we had bought A the tea voucher for her birthday)

We helped T plant four geraniums he had grown from seed. We weeded and pruned various shrubs. We walked to the local shops to buy batteries for T's toy bus. We gave C all her feeds and cooked and pureed vegetables for her. We cooked T his tea then bathed them both, read stories and put them to bed. We then prepared our tea and cleared up in the house and garden. We have just got home (10.30) and we are both shattered!!!
A brilliant but very tiring day.
