They've spotted me....

...dipped into Lyme Park by my sisters early this morning just to see if I could get anything Blip worthy before hitting the M60 for work. Was thinking all looked pretty dreary...then I turned a bend and saw so many of their famous wild red deer having breakfast! As I stopped the car and crept out very quietly, then gradually tiptoed over the grass I was getting a bit worried they may panic and charge me. Gambled that they would scatter away from me not towards. In fact they did neither, just kept looking up ....one following the other and staring me out... I didn't go closer than this as I was just happy watching them and didn't want to panic them away. So wish I'd had my DSLR and zoom and not just my little compact...but have been travelling light and living out of a bag. Have a good weekend all.
