Buoy

What a perfectly beautiful day today--75 degrees & sunny with a nice breeze! The only bad thing was that I was inside at work all day, & then had a doctor's appointment so wasn't out long enough to really enjoy much of it! I stopped at the Lake on the way home, & apparently just missed all the excitement! There was a sailboat class going on, with several very small boats and an instructor. Apparently one of the girls wanted to switch places with someone so she could sit next to her friend & she stood up & tipped them all into the Lake! Not to worry, as they all had life jackets on, but apparently the instructor was not amused, as she wasn't paying the least attention to anything he said. He'd already deposited her on shore by the time I arrived, which was just in time to see her huff off up the hill! Darn! Why couldn't I have been there just 5 minutes earlier?? So instead I blipped the weathered bouy, which has the nice textured rope attached to it & doesn't tip over--just sort of goes with the flow--a good lesson for "Miss Huffy"! :)
