Back on track!

Here is my lunch for today. It has humous, carrots, pepper, cucumber, lettuce, celery and sugar snap peas. Altogether it is 166 calories and 6.7 grams of fat! I cannot wait to indulge myself at lunch time. Keeping healthy really is not that hard. Keep your fridge filled with fresh things and you can't go wrong!
