field pattern

This was taken near the start of a circular walk from Far Sawrey. 5 miles but it felt like more. Lots of blue sky when we started but clouding over later. I managed not to slip or trip,  but am suffering from insect bites. Usually it's only the midges that love me but today I've been attacked by something much more vicious.
