A WHOLE gram!

One of our frequent/favourite meals is a bit of salmon, often with salad.
I, being me, am a strange old bird and I always weigh the bits; likewise if I have a piece to halve, I always check the accurate of my handiwork.
I wonder if they shave their portions?
These two were in the order of 130-135gm (can't remember): what I can remember is that there was a whole gram weight difference twixt the two bits. Not only that, but the thinner looking bit was the heavier.

For the benefit of them over there an ounce is, for all practical porpoises, 28gm. 28.3 if you want to either split hairs, or shave rabbits.
