The Causeway , Chalkwell, Essex

I popped out for an hour to get today's blip and as the tide was still out I thought I'd go back to the wooden bridge on the causeway I found last week and walk out a bit further.

I took a few shots from the bridge before realising I was about to get rather wet. The tide comes in at quite a fast pace and the bridge was submerged within a few minutes.

It's a lovely place to wander around on a sunny day like today.

I'm going to be stuck at a swimming pool all day tomorrow watching my son compete in The County gala so with the rules about photography in these places I'm going to struggle with a blip ( unless his team win and we get to take photos of the medal presentation!) Here's hoping!
