Blur!

Today has gone in a blur..I love days like today! The H&S issue saga continues. The client H&S officer is satisfied with our investigation and has advised he is happy for the person concerned has learnt from his mistake. That’s great, but we have a process that we must follow and whilst this persons error is not quite gross mis –conduct it is borderline and there are still a few dotting of I’s and crossing of t’s that must happen. However, after a call to others this evening, I am strongly advising that a warning is issued to the person together with training refresher course and a strong reminder of processes and procedures together with an increase of random spot checks on site are put into place sooner rather than later!
So today you have a blurry big daisy – I used an extension tube…I am still learning!
