In two years time.....

This is Christine having her feet washed by Bishop Tim during the ordinations at Winchester Cathedral today. This symbolises the servant calling that we all have. A priest is ordained a deacon first as a reminder that servanthood is the highest calling. Christine said the Bishop even washed between her toes!
This is the first ordination I've been to since I started training. It was surprising how different it felt. I was much more aware of the vows they were making and the absolute call on their lives. It makes it even more scary!
