Wazzup?

Scene at Whole Foods Market in the Pearl. (SOOC)

When I was her age, we sent each other cards and flowers.
Now they just text.
Her body language seems to say, "I'm not really that into you."

My iPhone 4S camera seems to have acquired a new setting! It's called Blur on Floral. I just can't seem to get it to focus. I'm counting the days till the iPhone 6 arrives in the stores.

STARS FOR MY NOVEL

Yesterday morning I gave Jennifer the first fifty pages to read. That night she texted me saying, "I can't read this fast enough! Are you free tomorrow afternoon?" So we met.
She asked some very perceptive questions and I took notes. But the takeaway is that she thinks it's very well written, it kept her eagerly turning pages, and she couldn't wait to read more! So I sent her home with another hundred pages.

(I had to miss the consecration of the National Pilgrim Virgin Statue of the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady of Fatima—I hear the cathedral was packed to the rafters and the mass, including rosary, lasted two-and-a-half hours. Some people just can't get enough Catholic kitsch. I'm delighted my blip provoked so many giggles!!! Fr. Dick liked it too.)
