Wine-o-clock....

I seem to post far too many pictures of glasses of wine from my favourite Chorlton bar, ODDEST, on Wilbraham Road. It's become something of a ritual of mine to call in around 5 every Friday for a restorative attitude adjuster at wine-0-clock as I like to call it.

I was ordering my wine when I noticed an intriguing beer they had on draft. It was a plum porter. A rich dark beer flavoured with plums. 'Does it really?' I asked the barman? 'Try some' he said obligingly, and pulled me a taste. They really are stars in here if they know you. It would have been rude not to and it was delicious...
