Full Stretch

Up early and went for an early morning shop. Back home to take Juno for a long weekend morning walk. I was joined by a friend who is trying to get fit and we have met up the last 2 Sundays for a long walk.

She has made a winter coat for Juno out of an old Barbour jacket, it is really cool. It even has a pocket for a ball and poo bags.

Eco daughter's team has indoor footbal today and they played well when I saw them, I was looking after a mixed team of older and younger girls. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Popped to the allotment to take the 5 weeks of kitchen waste to the compost bins. The garlic has survived the snow and caught up with the gossip. On the way picked up the contents of Justsitting's compost bin for my plots. Thanks.
