The Birds

Samuel made a bird table at school recently, and my dad made a stand for it to go on. We popped it in the garden, laying a few seeds on the table and hanging a fat seed ball from the perch.

Then we waited.

Within just a few days the local birds have sussed out our bird table and now visit daily.

We have a mix of sparrows, starlings and tits visit our bird table and as you can see the fat seed ball is now virtually empty!

Really lovely to have in the garden something so lovely made by my eldest son.
