Poppies

I love poppies, but this year I haven't found a poppy field. All I can find is clumps of them by the side of the road. This morning I made a concerted effort to get out a bit earlier so I had time to stop. These are on a bit of waste ground near a local car dealers' along with some other pretty wild flowers. I did get a few strange looks but has to be done.

In other news - another busy day in the office, if I never see another self bill in my life it will be too soon. Unfortunately I know there are more waiting for me tomorrow!!

After the disappointment of England last night, and the incredulity surrounding Suarez, I am now cheering on France who I have in the sweep at work. Allez la France!!
