Gone to seed

Well England have limped out of the World Cup. Suarez has just undone all the hard work he did last season to win some respect back! What a contrast between the dignified and eloquent interview given by Steven Gerrard, and the antics on the pitch in the Uruguay game.

Work were kind enough to let us leave in time to get home for the match, but it was a bit of a non-event.

Have since bounced a bit more on the trampoline, done some sit ups and a bit of skipping - but am now indulging in a glass of wine.

Had to resort to a garden blip again - really must try getting out one of these nights. My favourite purple geranium has now largely gone to seed - only a few flowers left on it. But these seed heads are still pretty.
