Stiff Little Fingers

I'm going unashamedly for the sympathy vote with this one. I went out for a run this morning and hadn't gone very far when I tripped over my own clumsy feet in the gravelly road and did this to my little finger. It's a very strange shape.

LooseCanon's diagnosis is that it's probably broken. It's excruciating and not pretty.
Just have to sit and watch Wimbledon while he waits on me hand and foot.
Luckily there was no one around to witness my embarrassment and total loss of dignity.

The worst of it is, I hadn't even got a decent run in before it happened.
