Best foot forward

It was a very busy day but a good friend was having a leaving lunch.

I was tempted to decline the lunch invitation but it would be the last opportunity to see her before she left, so I went.

It meant returning to Holborn and it was good to see it in the sun.

I had a surprise as she gave me these lovely flowers and a card thanking me for my help at work.

She will be much missed. A good friend and support
