Field of joy

Well it makes me smile.

There are two fields just outside Winchester planted with lavender coloured poppies. They make me smile, every time I see them.

This photo is taken from the train as we are approaching Winchester. The train is running at full speed ie 100mph. I stood with the camera against the window with the burst mode on. I took about 50 photos. I'm pleased that I managed to give you an impression.
