Making a HughFW recipe with spelt and homemade passata, hence the copious amounts of gorgeous tomatoes.

Pierre back at mum's this morning to finish off the last wee bits of paintwork and to put all the furniture and crockery back. He then went to Marseille to take Coquine to get her up-to-date vaccines and then to Marignane to pick mum up. Busy day!

I was at the computer all day doing transcription work. Oh, to be back at the beach.
