Rose in full bloom

After all the fun of the weekend I have spent most of the day indoors working. The only times that I left the building today were to (a) blip this rose in our yard and (b) pop out for my morning run.

The latter was quite unusual because I jogged along all by myself. Mr hazelh seems to have wrenched his back somehow and is wandering around like his old grandpa. We think he may have injured himself during yesterday's boat ride on Windermere, perhaps when turning awkwardly to admire the scenery.

Exercise today: morning loops, sit-ups and weight on my own.
