Peekaboo!

I spent most of the day at the i3 conference in Aberdeen. However, before I set off, I popped down to the beach at Newburgh-on-Ythan to take a look at the seals. The seals also took a look at me.


Exercise today: very little - just over 6000 steps of walking.
