Calm

21.5C with cloud in the morning and showers through the afternoon. Light breeze.

Since showers were forecast for the afternoon Maeve the Deerhound and I went for a walk before lunch. We went down the road to the shore road and then to the beach at Westhaven.

The beach was deserted.
The tide was almost fully in.
I took some photos of the boats moored in the calm water, then Maeve had a little paddle.

The forecast showers did arrive. One of them was torrential.
