Mayfly

Rich's parents live near a river - a habitat I don't frequent much. So, after yesterday's people day and while Rich went to get the bacon and bread for his mum and sister's birthday brunch today, I had a field day with the butterflies, damsels, dragonflies and caterpillars.

I only saw one of these chaps which I think is a Mayfly (in June!) and rather liked its curvaceous figure.
