More boats

It's been another sunny day in the Lake District - hurrah!

I was very tempted to hire a rowing boat on the lake this morning (with super-fit Mr hazelh taking charge of the oars), but instead we took another ride on one of the Windermere Lake Cruises, this time to Lakeside.

Then we had lunch outdoors in the garden of the Angel Inn before A and C drove us to Oxenholme for the train back to Edinburgh.

It's been a lovely weekend. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

By the way, A is APH1963 on Blipfoto and resumed his blipping this weekend. He photographed the six of us at breakfast yesterday. This morning he took a shot of me and Mr hazelh on the boat.

Exercise today: stomping down to Bowness and back again.
