Bannockburn Speaker

An upload from my visit to Bannockburn yesterday. There were several speakers there , all very interesting with different styles of presenting their views.

I was particularly pleased to hear one advise everyone to be passionate and clear in their discussions with others about the yes / no vote in September but most of all to be courteous to people who had opposing views as after all we have to live and work together whatever the decision.

This speaker was very articulate , interesting and to the point. I liked his polite , almost gentle manner in expressing his hopes for democracy in Scotland of the future reminding us that Bannockburn , while featuring strongly in our history, is not about our future , a different idea from those expressed by so many in the media at the moment.

Visually I thought he was a really interesting personality. I loved the way his thinning hair blew in the wind as he shook his head when talking about the possible financial implications.
