freeways

Freeways make me a little crazy.
It's really just traffic that makes me insane. INSANE.
I actually like the freeways, especially in LA. The way they twist and dive around old buildings and ivy draped overpasses make me wonder what it was like cruising through this landmarked city in an old Continental, maybe a convertible with suicide doors. The "China Town" era of Los Angeles.
It's still there, you just have to look a little. Past the billboards and rectangle high rises, quietly sit the rich art deco buildings that once spotted it's skyline.
