Retreat from the retreat

So I'm on a work retreat.
I work in paradise and our retreat is in a warehouse. I do prefer it this way and not the inverse, but the transition is not very easy.
I found that if I take every break they allow and run outside and ride around on my skateboard, I feel better about the whole situation.
