The Icing on the cake!!!!

This is a black blip of Friday, now Sunday and have just got home from an absolutely wonderful weekend staying with 12 other Rotorua Camera Club members at Ohiwa, just north of Opotiki. We had lots of fun, sharing of photos and images, and lots of good food. It doesn't get better than that.

...and the icing on the cake....got notified that my image. Like Mother..Like Son, won the Champion Black and White print at the North Shore Salon (http://www.northshoresalon.co.nz/?q=Results/2014) ...and also took the overall top award. Thanks to the models!
So excited when I got the news last night (Saturday), so we all had a few celebratory drinks.

Will post a photo of the image in the next few days, but in the meantime this was Friday night at Ohiwa, a magnificent sunset.
