An early breakfast

Still at the gorgeous house! and up early to appreciate the beauty and the stillness of the garden whilst the rest of the house slept....I love those moments.

The longest day was a gift of a day with wall-to-wall sunshine from dawn to dusk. My friend and I walked her dogs in the fields and then went to beautiful Daylesford for lunch. An organic farm shop and restaurant in delightful surroundings, Daylesford was simply charming and my friend bought me flowers in a jug, for no reason at all.....
