What is it??

We went out for a stroll this afternoon. The day in Edinburgh has been gorgeous . It was hot this afternoon - and I'm not complaining., Janet saw these plants and loved them. I'd been working in the garden and we could accommodate them, but to do that I have to know what they are. Apologies that the shot isn't better but I only had my phone with me. She asked me to blip it in the hope of identifying it. Can I also apologise for the dearth of comments recently? Life has been a little hectic and comments were taking up too much time.
