Cosmos

I brought this little Cosmos from Wimpole when we visited on Sunday, I thought for 50p it was a bit of a bargain and it seems to like it's new home as this flower has opened out already.

I had my PICC line put in today, nurses were great and it was a relatively painless procedure. Arm feels a bit bruised but only to be expected.

I was supposed to be going to visit Ascott House and garden with my friend Pat this afternoon but she ended up in A&E with huge blisters up her arm, probably insect or Spider bites, given antibiotics and sent home, only for them to get worse so back she went and they gave her antihistamine. Hopefully they will settle now and she won't have to return once again.

Went to visit Mum who had returned from her holiday in Ireland, she seemed to have really enjoy it. From her photos it looks like a great place to visit.
