Just a baby

This little chap let me get so close - I think he was resting after one of his first flying lessons. Unfortunately, he was in deep shadow and I only had my mobile - and he still has his brown baby feathers, hasn't yet acquired his proper emerald green. Meanwhile, the parent birds and the bees were busy sipping away at these flowers.

Nature in Teresopolis, which is the Brazilian team's training base for the Cup, has adopted the national colours. There are exuberant green bushes with large yellow flowers (name escapes me) just everywhere.
