Love On the Han River

I can read the sounds slowly. Unfortunately my Korean extends only as far as "take me to the airport" or "I'd like a coffee" so for all I know it could say something like "Shaz n Baz 4 eva!" Anyway it was scrawled on one of the perspex panels on the bridge across the Han that I took a stroll across while there was still light.
