Complexity
I've just had a print of this made for my picture wall. So this blip is, I have to admit, a bit of a cheat because I then copied it back onto the camera. The original was taken on Sunday when my daughter and I went to Wilton House. I really wanted to blip the mono stone nymph on that day, but also wanted to share this with you, so here it is.
What interested me were the complex textures and a kind of tapestried quality (even clearer in Large). I make brightly coloured tapestries and this, for me, had the same kind of feeling. As does my garden which is so stitched with colour right now that even the patio has disappeared beneath a sea of purple campanula and bees.
Hope life is treating you kindly. Your comments are deeply appreciated and make my blip life very special xx
