Today I walked alone as J was off working. It suddenly struck me that my whole routine is about to change with the arrival of a new puppy, which of course can not be walked until all vaccinations have been done. Even then walking will be short to prevent overtiring and also leg damage etc. But only 3 days to go!
So this afternoon I visited the Vets to get some more info regarding bits and pieces and of course had to get some "mini toys" to welcome her to her new home.
Its been a beautiful day today and in a fit of madness I also picked up some more runner bean plants which are destined to be grown in the greenhouse and a cucumber plant. Hopefully this will restore my faith in my ability to grow some vegetables after the destruction which has occurred.
