Another voice restored

An old one with that, It's got a tag for a ferry crossing dating from 1902, my guess; Austrian late 1890s. Of course I could be mistaken.

It needed some places of the binding and soundboard to be reglued and a good cleaning. It really sounds magnificent. Not too loud like all the modern instruments, god knows why loudness is preferred over good tone, but real sweet and round.
