The lid is off

I'm going to want to make sure this will proceed in a good and orderly way, so I'm going to take this slow. I've removed the top and back and after that I took out the original linings. The first thing I'm going to do is replace the linings, then I'll glue the cracks in the top and reinforce them with cleats. After that I'm going to increase the neck angle a bit and then I'll re-glue the top and drill a hole for the jack-plug. Then I'll place the transducer pick-up, re-glue the back and route the top for new bindings. After that's done I'm going to fixate the fretboard and purfling along the fretboard and replace the tuning machines. Finally I'll put a thin layer of shellac on the top and give her a set-up with some Savarez Argentines.

So let's say it'll be here for some time.
