From the clock tower - Wigry

We went to Suwalki trying to avoid the roadworks calling in at the monastery in Wigry. We caught the tail of a queue of schoolchildren going up the tower and obviously were the last down again. We were worried that we had been locked in for a spell of enforced prayer and contemplation but fortunately the door hadn't been locked. We continued to walk around and enjoy the view until we were totally drenched by the monsoon.

We had a look at Suwalki and ate in Rosmarino. I hadn't been there for a while. Once it was the only restaurant D and I could go to. The food and service were quite good.

We went to the computer shop to buy a memory card for the new Raspberry Pi. (A single board computer for those who don't know.)
