Rainy Day

The rain stayed with is today until late afternoon and again was very heavy at times, we needed thunder to clear the air but sadly it wasn't to be and the muggy sticky heat remained.

Tomorrow the forecast is lovely and I am hopeful the met office have got it right as it is sports day and the twins are primed and ready for the fun that will follow . Win or lose they love to be out and to be able to pit themselves against their friends adds to the enjoyment of the afternoon as they share the fun of this day. I remember the anticipation when I was the twins age of going to the huge park close to the school to race and the excitement and fun as we raced and jumped and truth be told carried on as children do...happy days
